Becahi Girls Basketball Team Win State Championship

Bethlehem Catholic girls basketball team won their second state championship defeating North Catholic 60-49 in the PIAA Class 4A final at the Giant Center in Hershey.

The Golden Hawks were ahead throughout most of the game. Questionable calls by the refs offered North Catholic several opportunities to shorten Becahi's lead, but, the Golden Hawks never gave up.

Jaleesa Lanier scored 16 points, Kourtney Wilson scored 13 points, Abigail Brown scored 13 points and Briana Barnard scored 9 points. The Golden Hawks finished the season 28-4.
